ON - Artist International Music & Dance Association (AIMDA)
announced today that they will be presenting a concert at the CBC Glenn
Gould Studio in Toronto this Sunday August 25th 2013 at 8PM. This
concert is sponsored by the Toronto School of Music and will feature
current students and alumni of the school as well as winners of the
AIMDA international dance competition from Mei Shan Middle School in
China.
Expect first-class performances of piano, violin and vocal operatic music as well as Traditional Chinese Dancing. The concert is the result of artistic director Colin Yip, who is also a tenor, and his wife, the dean of the school who is also a soprano, in a collaboration to bring together an exchange of both the Chinese and Canadian artistic cultures. |
