BlogHH Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah granted AED150 million as the department’s budget.  AED150 million has been approved for public works This amount was arrived at after the Emirate’s municipal councils presented their project plans to the public works department. The head of the Department of Public Works in Sharjah, Eng. Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, averred that the department has planned a construction proposal across the whole Emirate. The proposals for the year comprise educational, academic and sports projects. Al Suwaidi also mentioned that Sharjah’s Department of Public Works fulfilled 90% of the Emirate’s designed municipal expansion and service projects last 2015. Mohamed Dekkak |
