BlogDubai Wharf structure is on track Work at Dubai Wharf has started and is progressing as timetable. It was November 2014 when work has started and nearly 10% of the building of the development in Culture Village is finish, as well as facilitating and underneath works. The project is located on the banks of Dubai Creek, and the 370 hectare master plan calls for residential, commercial, and retail sections to be constructed.
