BlogDubai’s Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has posted an increase of 30% in water connections over 2014. Brought by several projects and progress in the national economy, 6, 950 new connections were established last year, arriving at a total 30,300 connections. This result proves that DEWA’s strategy to augment the efficiency and reliability of the water system to compensate the increasing water demand in all parts of Dubai and raise the volume of the Emirate’s water reserves is on the right track.
