Plans for Floating villa or so called ‘Floating Seahorse’ has been launched during The Dubai International Boat Show which will be built up off Dubai coast.

The floating homes as per the developer’s description will be the first in the world. According to the design of the villas, they will have three levels – the first will be submerged, the second will be at sea level and above is the upper deck. The master bedroom and the bathroom will be placed on the lower level.

Coming from the name of the marine animal, the developer aims to provide an artificial coral reef underneath each home where sea horses can live and reproduce.
