Maybe job-hopping is not good for enterprises. They may think they run off talent brought up again and waste of money, manpower and time. However, every coin has two sides. Different people have different attitudes towards their work.
    Some prefer to stick to one occupation as their lifelong career. These people are of the opinion that one can never do his work well unless he is devoted to only one job in his lifetime. So if one changes his job for many times in his career, he can not get the necessary experience needed in his work.  
    For others, on the other hand, would like to change their jobs at times. In their opinion, people work in order to make more money. If they have a chance to get a better paid job, they will definitely try to get this good chance. In addition, if a person does only one job for a long long time, he will certainly be upset with it.
    As far as I can see, interest is the most useful teacher if one wants to be more excellent than others in his job. So long as you are willing you can wear cosplay costumes in you daily life. So if a person is not interested in his job, job hopping is normal and even necessary. Otherwise, he will suffer from his work, and inevitably, he is not likely to achieve success in his career.
