The first butterfly garden located in Dubai’s Miracle Garden at the green oasis, just off Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road opened its gate to the public.

The round shaped garden showcased its nine domes covering an area of 1,800 square meters which can accommodate 300 people. The domes are adorned with flower displays and serve as a sanctuary to a diversity of butterflies in assorted colors, species, and sizes.

Wood and timber products maintain very important to the GCC construction sector, with 70% of all timber imported into the region used in the business, report revealed.

Information said that the remaining 30% is utilized by furniture factories and carpenters. The statement also distinguished Dubai as a main trading centre that provides the GCC, Iran and East Africa.

Construction deal for Dubai RTA’s Union Museum has been awarded

Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has awarded its 2 million or AED488 million Union Museum project to a Dubai-based construction group.

The chosen construction group will build the Union Museum adjacent to Dubai’s Union House, the site where the signing of the rules and documents that formed the UAE was held more than 40 years ago. It is said that this new museum will chronologically showcase the history of the UAE.
